As many of you may know, our established pediatric patients can call in to our nurses and ask questions relating to your child’s healthcare (unfortunately, we do not offer this service for our adult patients seen in our Convenience Care/Urgent Care Centers as the adult patient’s primary care provider is the best source of information for this group). Specific information about this service can be found on our Nurse Call Line page.
As of January 1, 2019, our telephone nursing service hours of operation have changed. We will have full Woodcreek Pediatrics - Mary Bridge Children's (WPMB) telephone Nursing Services available M-F from 7am-6pm. During this time, the nursing line will continue to be available to assist you with your child's needs including refill questions, lab results, developmental questions, as well as pediatric symptom-based triage services.
After 6pm and over the weekend, you will be able to leave a message for our Nursing staff. Any pediatric urgent symptom-based calls will be returned by a Registered Nurse based on severity of symptoms; all other calls will be addressed the next business day. This service is available 6pm-7am M-Th, and Friday evening from 6pm until 7am Monday morning.
As always, if you have a life-threatening issue or concern, please dial 9-1-1. Otherwise, please call 253-848-8797 option 4 to access the Nurse Call Line.
