We really like to hear feedback from our patients and their families as we are always looking for ways to improve our services. One such request was for a more streamlined way to pay a bill without having to call our office or login to the YourAccess patient portal and, after several clicks, make a payment.
We are proud to introduce “Quick Pay” – a new option that allows you to pay your bill simply by entering the online bill pay code and the balance from your paper statement. From the Billpay link at the top of the website, you can easily access the Quick Pay webpage and make a payment. After your payment has been processed, you can choose to print a receipt as necessary.
The “Quick Pay” option has been added in addition to our standard Online Bill Pay services which are available by logging in to the YourAccess patient portal. So, use "Quick Pay" just to make a payment, and use "Online Bill Pay" (found after logging in to the YourAccess Patient Portal) to view eStatements, Payment History and more.
